As a practicing licensed interior designer for over 30 years, I have come to appreciate that life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. Not surprisingly, there is nothing more rewarding for me than when I see a client who looks at a newly updated living space for the first time and has their breath taken away.

From our first residential interior design project that took place in the 1970s to our work most recent multi-dimensional assignment, I remain humbled by the process while confident knowing that within the firm’s global body of work we have continued our commitment to our clients and their needs. Indeed, our firm’s history is filled with both events as well as projects that serve as living testaments to this commitment. Through our course into the future, we anxiously look forward to transcribing through furniture, objects’ d art and color a collaborative environment of our client’s past, their knowledge, and emotional consciousness cooperatively warehoused to achieve a collective brilliance.

For over 30 years, Lynne Herman Interiors, Inc. continues to press ahead through the test of time with the help of Lynne Herman at its forefront. Since its inception, the firm’s primary philosophy has been it’s commitment to quality vis-à-vis understanding its clients’ wants, needs and desires. To be sure, this has been no easy task. Through the implementation of the fundamental principles, however, the firm has been able to focus on solutions, rather than any problem that may arise. This has proven time and time again to be successful as to deliver our client’s unparalleled client service.

As our firm enters a new chapter in our inter-global habitat, our approach is directed to continue to embrace new materials, technologies, methods, and green design ideas. We recognize that the decisions and resources we pledge to support our commitment to quality and to client services which will strengthen the core of our foundation while protect us from the challenges ahead. To that end, we are committed to carefully designing spaces that respect this historical, organic and social context while delivering on the reasons our clients’ originally sought our services.

Equally importantly, we continue seeking to forge alliances with the most inspired, talented professionals who in turn shall represent our team, which we believe is the secret to our firm’s future. Clearly, it is this collaborative endeavor that best serves our clients. Our firm’s commitment to quality ensures innovative and classic design while serving as a lasting testimony to the power of planning as relates to interior design, which in turn betters our clients’ surroundings. By maintaining a profound respect for our past, and by reaffirming our commitment to quality with each new project, we are certain that our clients will enjoy a future that is even more exciting, successful and inspiring than their past.
